Brian is driven by the opportunity to serve his clients and community. He is responsible for developing new client relationships and ensuring excellent service is being provided to investors who have already found a home at White Pine Wealth. A Gonzaga University graduate, Brian is actively engaged in support of important causes. Brian and his wife, Jodi, organize and host a grown-up prom to benefit children in need in Coeur d’Alene. And as a member of The Coeur Group he regularly commits time to serve critical needs of the community. He has dedicated time serving Children’s Village, North Idaho Boys and Girls Club, The Locker Project, and Youth 4H Programs.
In addition to being a husband and father of two boys, Brian has been recognized for his professional and civic accomplishments in a number of ways. He has received the Gonzaga University Outstanding Young Alumni Award and been recognized by Omicron Delta Epsilon for high scholastic achievement in the field of economics.
Mike Thayer, CFA, CAIA

Mike’s efforts create the foundation of the investment strategies White Pine Wealth provides to its clients. Mike began his career on the Institutional Equity Sales & Trading desk of Lehman Brothers in New York, ultimately becoming Director of Institutional Equity Sales at Barclays Capital in San Francisco. He has helped sponsor the buyout of a privately-held business, and founded Three15 Capital, a private investment vehicle focused on exchange-traded products and derivatives. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, as well as an MBA and an MS, Finance from the University of Denver in Colorado. He has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations and is a member of the CFA Society Spokane.

Lynn moved to the Coeur d’Alene area 22 years ago. She is passionate about helping clients, their families, and their businesses. With over 12 years of experience in the financial industry, Lynn believes every client is unique and can benefit from long term planning for their future. Beginning her career in a support role, Lynn earned her securities registration in 2015 after rigorous study. She now serves clients in an expansive way, aiming to ensure they receive excellent service.
Being a graduate from the University of Arizona has made her appreciate living in the four seasons. She spends her free time outdoors with her two children, and is actively involved with school activities, sports, and fundraisers.
